ECCO Builders did an excellent job of rebuilding our home in Los Altos Hills.  At the beginning of the project, they identified the key phases of the project, provided a detailed schedule and a spreadsheet with the breakdown of all costs associated with each phase.  They did a very effective job of managing their sub-contractors throughout the process resulting in the project being done on schedule and on budget in less than 10 months which was unheard of for homes of this size (approx 6,000 sq.ft.) in the city. 

At numerous times in the project, we had to make changes to some of the design which was handled very professionally and implemented cost effectively.  We would recommend ECCO Builders whole-heartedly for any home building project.
