In the construction phase of your project, ECCO Builders will assist you, and stay involved in these aspects of construction:
- Prepare the budget for the project
- Prepare the schedule for construction
- Assist you in the selection of the subcontractors
- Negotiate the contracts
- Coordinate the work of the subcontractors
- Manage the construction activities and the site
- Solve on-site problems as they arise
- Provide quality control for each phase of the project
- Assist you in the selection of materials
- Coordinate and schedule the inspections with local agencies
- Other activities as necessary to get your house ready for you to move in
